Affiliate Program Manager

Indianapolis, IN

NAMI Indiana is the state chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness with a mission to improve the lives of people and families impacted by serious mental illness. There are over 600 NAMI Affiliates around the country, 16 of which are in the Hoosier state. As the state chapter, NAMI Indiana is tasked with helping to support our 16 affiliates to expand the number of NAMI programs available around the state. Most NAMI Affiliates are powered by passionate volunteers and advocates who want to help others.

NAMI Indiana is looking to fill two full-time remote positions that will help our volunteers build the affiliates, provide additional NAMI programming, and help community members to bring NAMI programs to areas without an affiliate. One position will be in-charge of supporting affiliates in the northern part of the state, the other position will be over the southern affiliates. These positions will be expected to travel within their region on a regular basis, provide in-person outreach and in-person meetings and trainings with the volunteers in their region.
